Everything started in 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic. I was in my last year of college in the middle of my architectural thesis. To be truthful, by this time I already knew I did not want to pursue an architectural career. Keep in mind I did some work in the architectural field during my time in college, but I just did not see myself at a desk staring at my computer all day long. 

 

So, while I was finishing my thesis, since I kind of had a lot of time on my hands (we where in the middle of a lockdown), I decided to attend a course by an influencer I followed on social media. This course was about how you can elevate your content and make it look more professional, how to leave fears behind and just start posting, and how to create a community that trusts you and actually asks you for recommendations. This last one was the part that I was most excited about, since I had always posted on social media, but I did it more as a means of keeping my friends updated about my life. 

 

I followed my heart and after this course I started taking social media seriously. I also took a lot of other courses, making great friends on the way. By the time I graduated college I really had built a community on instagram that trusted me and cared for what I had to share. When I started this journey I thought I did not have anything to share with the world. I was looking for a purpose. Then one day while talking to a friend I met during one of these social media courses I realized my story is what I needed to share. People started following me because of who I was as a person and also about the outfits I shared. 

 

I decided to combine my love for fashion, my architectural college degree and my lifestyle. That’s how “It’s me Andi '' was born. If you have followed me ever since, thank you for being here, it means the world. This little space on instagram with about 500 followers was my way of sharing my story to the world. My content is directed to fashion lovers that are not necessarily size small and fashion girlies that love luxury brands, but also appreciate a good sale find.
